Deputy Trade Minister Engages DTRT Apparel Over Customs Challenges.
The meeting, held at the Trade Ministry on Thursday 23rd October, sought the Ministry’s intervention to help resolve the issues and facilitate smoother operations for the company while enhancing the ease of doing business in Ghana.
Hon. Ahi, on behalf of the Hon. Minister commended DTRT for adopting a collaborative approach in addressing its concerns and urged the company to deepen engagement with key authorities, including the Customs Division and the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), to ensure a speedy resolution.
Representatives from relevant stakeholder agencies including the Ghana Free Zones Authority attended the meeting and pledged their commitment to work together towards resolving the matter.
